1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop “Einfach & Edel Kochen”.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs will be shown separately at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address within the EU.
Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
6. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods specified in the checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
🔄 Right of withdrawal (right of return)
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period:
Fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
Return costs:
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
📦 Exclusion of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened spice packaging).
